Bethany Williams has worked for 25 years in business leadership. Currently she works as a healthcare executive.

Williams received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare administration from National University in San Diego, Calif. She has several published articles on improving business operations and cash collections in the healthcare setting.

Williams has authored, Winning Strategies for Women, a book about taking the first steps towards achieving career success directed toward the 15.8 million working women in the US. It provides practical, step-by-step advice for succeeding and excelling in business, including strategies for keeping your job, getting promotions and additional pay, and receiving ore recognition in the process- -all based on experience in mentoring hundreds of women and consulting with corporate executives from companies around the globe. Her second book is entitled, From Mother to Mentor and Father to Coach. She is finishing up Book 3, a personal branding book developed to help you market and sell yourself in this new economy.

She occasionally consuts as a Business Strategist for Dina BAR-EL, world renown fashion designer in Los Angeles, as well as working full time as an executive in heatlhcare, doing book signings, and speaking in various forums to advance and motivate executives to live their best lives.
