Today I feel like a flustered turkey on my way to a thanksgiving party! I'm rushing around trying to 'get it all done'.
Are you with me? Take a deep breath and repeat after me; this pile of paperwork, these phone calls I need to return, this meeting I need to rush off to---none of these things are as important as my health, my family, my sanity, my life and all that goes in it. Take another deep breath- this time really fill your lungs.
Sit in silence for 10 minutes. Ahhhhhh, can you feel perspective slowly creeping back into your life? If you leave no void, there will be no space for content thinking and de-stressed thoughts.
Ok- back to work (hopefully feeling a little better now).
