I am in a nightmare with Fedex. I had Fedex'd my passport and my husband's passport to Houston to an agency to get our Visa's for China. The package mysteriously disapeared from the facility in Hutchins, Texas. It appears to me that the package was probably targeted and stolen because of its contents OR- if it is lost- - NO ONE at FEDEX seems to care about the lost package.
Oh my GOSH! it will take about $200 per passport to get them replaced, then we will still need the VISAs for China.
WHAT has happened to customer service in this day and age?????
