Choc Chip Oatmeal cookies ( her Aunt Helen always had a batch baked when she would visit and back up rolls in th freezer for baking or just for a quick nibble of cookie dough - she has since passed away but these cookies bring back great memories of all of her many visits to her aunt's farm) Ingredients: 2 cups of flour Pour the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well In a smaller bowl mix the following ingredients and mix well 1 cup of butter or margarine (butter flavored) Combine these two mixtures in your large mixing bowl and add 1 pkg of choc chips Preheat oven to 350 and bake to your desired cookie stage - She likes hers gooey OR place mixture on one piece of wax paper or on multiple pieces of paper to roll into your own individual sized cookie dough rolls and save for better cookie baking days.
