Typical day. Up at 3:55 am, ready and out the door by 5:00 am. I catch a flight to Seattle out of Terminal C, gate 21. It is a 3 hour and 50 minute flight.
I boot up my computer, finish yesterday's email and then begin to prepare a presentation for the sales trip on Friday. After a couple of hours, I am bored with the presentation and I rummage through pictures on my PC. Heather, Brandon, and Caleb are such cutie pies. I enjoy my perusal through their online albums on my PC.
Flight lands about 10 minutes late. I am still checking luggage due to the restrictions on liquids, so off to baggage check.
Quick taxi ride to the hotel to drop the bags and then run to the office to start my day. It is 9:55 AM Seattle time (making that 11:55AM Dallas time). Day at the office begins.
I scurry around to and fro meetings, meeting local personnel that I haven't seen in months (since taking the position out of the Dallas office). I miss the Seattlites and their 'happy go lucky' attitudes. I get a chance to touch base with Tina and Deb and hallway pass by dozens of others.
My last meeting of the day ends at 5:30 PM Seattle time, which is 7:30 PM Dallas time. Whew- what a day. Terry and I head off to the Brooklyn restaurant for dinner. AHHHhhhhhh Seattle fine dining. Seattle has some of the best restaurants on the planet. Terry has some great business ideas for me (she always does).
My day ends after I walk for an hour and settle into the hotel room. I walked 11,585 steps today, and burned 467 calories walking in an attempt to stay in shape- as difficult as that is with an executive job.
Welcome to a typical day- - -
